Don't be late for this important date!

The Old Rep invites audiences to join them on a magical adventure down the rabbit hole and into Wonderland this Christmas! Alice in Wonderland runs from 20 November until 30 December 2017 and is the third Christmas production produced by Birmingham Ormiston Academy (BOA).

This brand new adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s classic tale follows Alice on her journey through the enchanted and extraordinary Wonderland, meeting many peculiar characters along the way. From intriguing white rabbits, bizarre riddles, mad tea parties and dangerous encounters with the Queen of Hearts, will Alice ever find her way home?

Alice in Wonderland will be packed with songs, dance and lots of family fun for audiences aged from 4 – 11 years and their grown-ups. Alice is produced by BOA and directed by Scott Le Crass who has been directing theatre regionally and nationally since graduating from first The Birmingham Rep Foundry programme. The creative team will be made up of Musical Director Steve Allan Jones, a regular contributor to Christmas shows at The Old Rep, choreographer Lee Crowley and Libby Todd as costume and set designer.

Gaynor Cheshire, Principal BOA said: “We are hugely excited to announce that tickets are on-sale for Alice which promises to be a fantastic Christmas show for families. Once again we will bringing the best theatre and digital skills to the stage from both a professional and student team.
