The Multi award winning Birmingham Youth Theatre returns to the Old Rep this winter with a new and original take on one of Britain's favourite tales. Written and Choreographed by Joe Logan, Directed by Mark Shaun Walsh and Musical Direction by the very talented Chris Corcoran.

This promises to be a fabulous and a bit bonkers tale of Alice's adventure in Pantoland. Alice is bored, her mother insists that imagination is a waste of time and that Alice must live a dreary existence. Until one day she stumbles down a rabbit hole. Through a tiny door and she is catapulted into a weird and wonderful world where all the panto baddies live in the town of Happily Never After and all the Goodies in the town of Happily Ever After. The baddies including the Queen of Hearts, Captain Hook, Abanazer and Caraboose set about bringing misery on everyone in Happily Ever After. Can Alice save the day?

She begins her quest, meeting many of our favourite panto friends on her way including Cinderella, Aladdin and Jasmine, Peter Pan and Tinkerbell. And just for good measure The Fairy Godmother and comedy duos Tuti and Fruiti and Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum entertain us with their shenanigans! All in all a wonderful family show with something for everyone awaits!
