Covid-19 Safety Measures

In the interest of your safety, if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of Coronavirus we ask you not to attend the venue and follow the current Government guidelines. See our updated show schedule here.

All our Covid-19 guidelines have been updated in line with the Government Covid-19 update on Friday 10 December.

  • We highly recommend that you book your tickets online in advance before attending the event. Web sales close 30 minutes before the event is due to take place.
  • We advise customers to select the e-ticket and either print out tickets at home or show on your mobile device. If you wish to request an e-ticket instead of COBO (Care of Box Office) or postal tickets please email boxoffice@oldreptheatre.co.uk.
  • Please note: there may be queues to enter the theatre on arrival.

Masks 

  • Following the Government announcement on Wednesday 8 December all public audience and visitors to the venue must wear a face covering whilst in the building and during the performance. Unless you are medically exempt, a child under the age of 11 or consuming food and drink in your seat.

  • Where closer contact is needed we have added screens, this includes our Box Office and Bar areas. 

NHS Track & Trace

  • Our NHS Test & Trace QR code will be available at our entrance for you to check-in to the building should you wish.

Cleaning and safety

  • Please continue to sanitise your hands using our hand-sanitising stations around the venue.

  • Enhanced cleaning is taking place across the building before, during and after a performance.

  • To limit unnecessary contact our cloakroom service will not be available so please avoid bringing large bags and coats.
