Covid-19 Safety Measures

In the interest of your safety, if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of Coronavirus we ask you not to attend the venue and follow the current Government guidelines. See our updated show schedule here.

All our Covid-19 guidelines have been updated in line with the Government Covid-19 update on Thursday 27 January.

  • We highly recommend that you book your tickets online in advance before attending the event. Web sales close 30 minutes before the event is due to take place.
  • We advise customers to select the e-ticket and either print out tickets at home or show on your mobile device. If you wish to request an e-ticket instead of COBO (Care of Box Office) or postal tickets please email boxoffice@oldreptheatre.co.uk.
  • Please note: there may be queues to enter the theatre on arrival.

face coverings

  • In order to best protect our staff, company and audiences, we are strongly recommending that face coverings be worn within the building, including the auditorium during performances. 

  • Where closer contact is needed we have added screens, this includes our Box Office and Bar areas. 

NHS Track & Trace

  • Our NHS Test & Trace QR code will be available at our entrance for you to check in to the building should you wish.

Cleaning and safety

  • Please continue to sanitise your hands using our hand-sanitising stations around the venue.

  • Enhanced cleaning is taking place across the building before, during and after a performance.

  • To limit unnecessary contact our cloakroom service will not be available so please avoid bringing large bags and coats.
