Booking and Ticket Queries

When Will I receive my tickets?

If you brought online and selected the e-ticket option these are sent straight after booking to your email address. If you have not received these please check your Junk inbox, or you can log into your account online and access them from there.

If you selected the post option tickets are sent out 2 - 3 weeks prior to the event.

I Can't find the details for my booking. Can you re-send booking confirmation?

Yes, we are more than happy to re-send any booking confirmation via email.

I have lost my tickets, will I still be able to get into a performance?

If you have lost your tickets please get in touch with our Box Office team at least 48 hours before the event. If these were physical tickets our print re-charge* will occur. Or, we can offer alternative e-tickets free of charge.

You can access your e-tickets at any time by logging into your account online.

*Our print re-charge service is £1.50 per order.

Why can't I leave a single seat when booking tickets?

Where possible we help to seat customers in our auditorium in a way that limits the amount of single seat spaces, to ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy our performances. If you are having difficulty in booking seats of your choice, please contact our Box Office team.

How can I put my name down for a waiting list?

When a show is sold out we open a waiting list for customers waiting for any ticket returns. To be added to any waiting list please email our Box Office team with your full name, how many tickets you require and a contact number.

Our team will then call you if we have any returns.

Can you help me with a booking made through a ticket agent?

If you have purchased tickets via one of our approved ticket agent partners (Seetickets, Ticketmaster etc.) please contact them directly about your booking as they will have that information.

We cannot give refunds/exchanges on behalf of them.

If you have any other questions that need to be answered please email our Box Office team here.
