All transactions will be subject to a non-refundable booking fee of 7.5%.
Tickets can be collected from The Old Rep Box Office on the day of the event or an e-ticket can be emailed to you. Your tickets can also be posted to you for £1.50.
If you misplace or forget your tickets, we can reprint them for a charge of £1.50 per ticket.
Please note: if you selected e-ticket upon booking, the Box Office will not print physical tickets as your e-ticket is sufficient.
Concession prices are available for most performances at The Old Rep. These reduced ticket prices apply to:
- Under 16s
- Seniors (over 60)
- Students (with valid Student ID)
- People in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance
- People in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (also entitled to 1 free companion ticket)
Please note: concessionary price tickets must be requested at the time of purchase as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Some concessions and ticket prices may only be available for a limited period, subject to demand.
Proof of status will be required on the first purchase of a concessionary ticket and can be checked on any subsequent ticket purchase.
Group booking ticket prices are available on selected shows. Please see the event page or ask our Box Office team for details.
Refunds & Exchanges
We are unable to refund tickets unless a performance is cancelled or rescheduled. We may be able to exchange tickets for another performance of the same show at the Manager’s discretion. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Ticket reservations must be paid within 7 days of booking or 30 minutes before the performance, whichever is soonest. Any reservations not paid for within this period will be released. We are unable to reserve tickets without payment within 7 days of an event.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Please be aware that for some productions this may not be possible due to the nature of the performance. If you are running late, please call our Box Office on 0121 359 9444 and we will be able to advise.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, The Old Rep will contact ticket holders at the earliest possible opportunity. Refunds will only be given if a performance is cancelled or rescheduled.
Adverse Weather Policy
Where adverse weather conditions, such as snow, prevent performers and staff getting to the theatre to the point where the performance cannot go ahead, the event would be cancelled and ticket holders will be entitled to a refund. We endeavour to ensure that all performances go ahead as planned whenever possible.
Cancelled shows will be highlighted on our website, Facebook and Twitter, and ticket holders will be contacted at the earliest opportunity. Subject to availability, we may be able to offer to exchange your tickets for a different performance of the same show. If you would prefer a refund, you will need to keep your tickets safe and contact the Box Office.
Where a performance goes ahead despite inclement weather, ticket holders will not be entitled to a refund. Subject to availability, we may be able to offer to exchange your tickets for a different performance of the same show.
