The Wind in the Willows (Book by Kenneth Grahame)

Pack your picnics and join Ratty, Mole, Badger, and the fantastically irrepressible Toad as they embark on the adventure of a lifetime culminating in a colourful battle to save Toad Hall from the mischievous weasels!

As part a double bill, 440 Theatre will be performing Romeo & Juliet and a female-led Hamlet in the space of one evening! Act One sees the 440 team wrestle with a side splitting Romeo & Juliet (Yes, a comedy!) followed by an even more outrageous Hamlet in Act Two. 440 Theatre are 4 actors delivering exciting, engaging and energetic pieces of theatre in 40 minutes!

Performing in spaces great and small, their work is playful but never lacks focus. 440 Theatre was formed to provide live action Shakespeare that educates and entertains in as little as 40 minutes!

The Wizard of oz (Book by l. frank baum)

Join Dorothy as she goes on a magical adventure to the Land of Oz. Along the way she makes new friends with the Scarecrow who longs for a brain, the Tin Man who really wants a heart and the very cowardly Lion who is desperate to be brave and have some courage. Dorothy needs to find her way home, but it’s not going to be easy with the Wicked Witch of the West keeping a close eye on her! Will the Great and Powerful Oz be able to help?

This spectacular, pantomimic, colourful story by KD Theatre is packed with hilarious jokes, dazzling dance routines, glittering scenery and plenty more for all the family, plus at the end of the show you will have a chance to meet the larger than life characters!
