Updated show schedule due to COVID-19

Our Box Office team will contact customers to arrange exchanges, credit notes or refunds.

A number of shows have been rescheduled for later in 2021 and 2022, if you have already purchased a ticket for a specific event that has been rescheduled your ticket will remain valid for the new date put in place. If you cannot attend the new date in place please e-mail our Box Office team. We are working through e-mailing all customers to arrange this at the moment.

Our Telephone lines are currently back up and running but only for reduced hours, please see the Visit Us page for more details.

We are re-opening our doors on Monday 5th July for socially distanced performances with Birmingham Ormiston Academy (BOA). We are looking to re-open fully when Stage 4 restrictions are lifted on Monday 19th July.

Postponed Events:

  • BOA Year 12 Musical Theatre: Finishing The Hat (28th & 29th June 2021) - All customers have been contacted via e-mail and have been refunded the full amount for their tickets, this should take around 7 - 10 days to process. Apologies for any inconvenience.
  • BOA Year 12 Dance: Kings & Queens (12th & 13th July 2021) - All customers have been contacted via e-mail and have been informed about the postponement of this show. We will be in touch with a new confirmed date and tickets already purchased will be admitted. Apologies for any inconvenience.
  • BOA Year 10 Musical Theatre: Something Old, Something New (21st and 22nd July 2021) - All customers have been refunded the full amount for their tickets. The new event will take place at Birmingham Ormiston Acdemy, they will be in touch with more details.
  • BOA Year 12 Acting: Boudica (21st July 2021) and Antigone (22nd July 2021) - All customers have been contacted via e-mail and have been informed about the postponement of this show. We will be in touch with a new confirmed date and tickets already purchased will be admitted. Apologies for any inconvenience.

  • Beauty and the Beast due to run in November & December 2020 later changed to November & December 2021 due to Covid-19 is no longer going ahead.
